Children in this age group are beginning to spend most of their free time watching TV and playing computers games. With this problematic situation arising, My Gym has created a program to instill health and fitness in children as a way of life. Children will be more willing to challenge and try new things by experiencing success in physical activities. My Gym has a special program that combines a cardio workout along with strength and flexibility exercises. We focus on specific muscle groups and utilize a 4-station circuit-training course. Our program is demanding but emotionally supportive. We challenge each child to work to his/her full capability, while maintaining confidence building and self-esteem as our highest priorities.

At the beginning my son kept crying because he didn't like the class. However, he enjoys the class and plays with his friend before the class now. Recently, I often notice growth in his physical ability. He gets the core of the body and stamina and he can even run faster. Last year, he was chosen to be part in a relay! In the process, he climbs the climbing bar, sometimes he can climb up to 3~4 meters. He never reels when he plays soccer. I can recognize "My Gym effect" in many sports.
