Every day is a fresh new experience at My Gym! We provide an environment that encourages children to have a positive outlook on life!

Each My Gym program is uniquely designed to be age appropriate, according to child development, physiology, and sociology. Each week the toys and equipment layout, as well as the songs and dances change, making each visit a new and exciting experience. My Gym fosters an environment of learning through imagination and play while nurturing both mind and body.

Increasing an interest in sports, developing the heart and body of an athlete.

Children in this age group are beginning to spend most of their free time watching TV and playing computers games. With this problematic situation arising, My Gym has created a program to instill health and fitness in children as a way of life. Children will be more willing to challenge and try new things by experiencing success in physical activities. My Gym has a special program that combines a cardio workout along with strength and flexibility exercises. We focus on specific muscle groups and utilize a 4-station circuit-training course. Our program is demanding but emotionally supportive. We challenge each child to work to his/her full capability, while maintaining confidence building and self-esteem as our highest priorities.
